P6/7

Hello and welcome to P6/7! Our teachers are Mrs Shaw and Mrs Farquhar. We also have Miss Shanks and Mrs Cherry helping us. Our classroom is a place full of learning, laughter and activity. We can't wait to show you what we've been learning!

 

We have had so much fun exploring the density of liquids for our 'Water' topic. 

 

We love our 'Come and See' Fridays where our families see all that we've learnt!

We love challenging ourselves with numeracy problems.

We had so much fun celebrating Halloween. We tried to keep it cool on the dance floor but it quickly turned into a full on boo-gie!

For Mental Health Day we turned our emotions into characters. It was a fun reminder that our feelings aren't enemies. They're just parts of us trying our best.

For Eco Week P6/7 completed a clean up of our school grounds and forest schools area.

We had a fantastic time when Noel, a Waste Promotions Officer, visited us to teach us all about recycling.

P6/7 investigated what materials would have been the most effective for the Vikings to keep warm.
