Mental Health and Emotional Well-Being
At Alexander Dickson we recognise that the emotional wellbeing of our pupils is just as important as their physical health. Good mental health allows our children to develop the resilience to cope with whatever life throws at them and grow into well-rounded, healthy adults.
Just like adults, sometimes children need help with emotional well-being and to regulate their emotions.
